Questions buyers ask
Do you work with buyers relocating from out of state?
Yes. Most of my clients are relocating. I do live video tours and digital signing, so you can tour, decide, and sign from wherever you are.
What’s the difference between Gulf access and bay access?
It depends on the route: bridges, how far it is to an open pass, and how deep the water is. Each property is different, and I walk you through it on a video tour.
How do I know my boat will fit under the bridges?
Start with your boat’s air draft, then check every fixed bridge between the dock and open water. Confirm with a marine professional before you buy.
Which areas do you serve?
From Sarasota and the barrier islands north to Bradenton, Palmetto and Parrish, east to Lakewood Ranch, and south through Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, North Port and Port Charlotte.
How long have you been in real estate?
